Continuing Education

The State of CT Department of Consumer Protection’s Real Estate Commission has licensing/continuing education authority. Visit Licensing/Continuing Education for complete information including the current requirements for salespersons and Brokers and how to obtain CE credits.

Online classes are also available, but are only valid for Continuing Education purposes.

Principles and Practices

In order to sit for the salesperson's license real estate exam, you must successfully complete a 60-hour, in-person Real Estate Principles and Practices Course that meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Real Estate Commission.
